will my subs work to their full potential?

I have 2 enclosed 12 kicker comps measured at 300 watts rms (150 each) with a kicker 4 channel amp at 350 watts. I was wanting to hook up two 6"9" to the amp along with the subs. I was just wandering if the amp will allow the subs to perform at their best. If they do work how would you hook them up. If not what are some other solutions. The reason for going with 350 watt is the price, I was kind of on a budget. So if there is a solution what is the cheapest way possible. Thanks.

The Amp will power your subs fine. I would NOT reccomend hooking your 6x9's to that amp. The amp will give each sub 175 watts, approx. This depends on what OHM your amp can go to and what OHM your subs are wired to the amp at. Max results are about 175 watts. Depending on your power and grounding also.
