will a car subwoofer enclosure work in a house?

I'm getting the 13w7 JL Audio driver and the company sells the perfect built-to-spec car enclosure specifically for the driver. However the enclosure is for a car and I want the whole setup in my bedroom. Can I use the car sub enclosure in a house or must I really use an enclosure designed for home use? Keep in mind that I'm NOT asking if the driver will work in the box. I'm asking if the CAR ENCLOSURE works in a HOUSE.

Bannet 		Yes, it will work fine. The most important thing for any speaker is the volume of the enclosure and the tuning of the port ( if it has one). The box doesn't care if it's in a house, car, van, boat..etc.
