why is my radio distorted?

i had my system put in for a thousand dollars and have had nothing but problems now i have practially rewired and went over everything they did and when the car is on theres a weird hum and when i rev the engine or excelerate it gets louder and when i move the switch to turn on my lights it gets louder and lighter when i put on my bliker you can hear it staticly in the speakers i have tried everything i can think of and i have no idea at this point

Your problem is from a bad alternator and battery. You system is pulling more power then the charging system can power, over use of the alternator and constant strain causes it to slowly bleed into your audio signal via the power wire from the battery to the amp.
