what would happen if you got the wires crossed while installing a car amplifier?

mixed up the ground wire and battery wire, none of the fuses were blown but I just wanted to know!

BunnyRabbiy 		It messes up your amplifier. i would try and fix it or take it to someone who knows about this. not saying you don't know how to do this. Its always good to get a professionals opinion. Well when my bro crossed his wires his amp blew. So im just saying. There may be a chance that nothing will happen but get it checked cause if it blows then there goes you money.

Emma81 		i did that on accident long time ago and all it did was blew a fuse on the amp, i got lucky. but if you did that and fuses didnt blow your lookin for new amp haha sorry hope it helps
