what does it take to become a car audio installer at best buy as in certifacations and where would i get them?

what does it take to do car audio and othe car applications at best buy i am wanting to get a job there and dont know for sure what certifactions it requires or how to get them also want to know about how to start out getting a managment type job when you have no experance with it

rgcaraudio 		it takes lots of stuff. time. peasants. and knowlege. ill tell you one thing. its not the subs not the amps ect.. its the weiring! i can have 4" subs and i can get them to brake glass vary easy! all about the weiring man.

rgcaraudio 		Best Buy requires your to have MECP certification, for more info go to http://www.mecp.com/home.asp I am not sure but I think that you can get hired in at BB and then they pay for the book and test. And for a management possession you would most likely have to work there for some time before you could be considered, unless you have at least 2 years of collage.
