sub to new amp, stuck????

i have a 1200w flu sub with 250w built in amp. i would like to put a better amp in so i can power that sub and new 6x9s. really stuck with the low and high output stuff and what wires i will need!, my prefitted amp is already wired up on low input and is working, just wondering how to put a better amp in and wire it up and what wires i need. atm its just rca cables to head unit, power, earth, and the remote wire. what do you recommend i do?!
