speaker is still fuzzy after replacing ?

When im driving in my car i could hear the tweeter making cracking and fuzzy noises. I took out the tweeter assuming it was blown and the noise was still there in the main speaker on the door. at this point i just assumed that the speaker was blown too so i got new speakers. then after getting new speakers the fuzzy noise was still there after i turn the radio to mute even. it doesnt change no matter how loud the music is and it only happens when im actually driving the car which makes me think it has something to do with the car rattling and the bumps in the road. when i stop for any reason, the noise stops. please help! -thanks!!

I assume you have a amplifier in the car. What you are experiencing is engine noise bieng picked up by your speakers. this is genraly cuased by improper grounding of your amp,try getting hold of a ground loop isolator.that should sort out your problem. If the static still persists try taking your car to a local(reputable) car audio installer and ask them to check your wiring.
