is this amp good or bad? need answer asap ?

i have the kenwood party pack (2 12"s with the 350w amp) i was thinking about getting a 2000w amp off my friend. will it blow out my subs since they r 800w subs?

mike101 		are they 800 ea or together an kenewood is not all dat good anyway my friend had a 800 two channel on 2 rf 15s da p2s an after about 15mins of play it got hot an shut off. an it had build n fan
