Before I can answer this properly, I need to know more.
I need to know the Make, Model, Year of your car. The kind of car battery you have. The AMP brand and Model. The Headunit Brand and Model. Do you have a capacitor installed, if so, where. What Ohm are your speakers, single or Dual Voice coil, and what OHM did you wire them to the amp. The power wire from the battery to the amp, did you fuse it, and how far from battery. What size power wire are you using. What size ground wire from battery to chassis are you using. What size ground wire from amp to chassis are you using. Do you have stock Alternator, have you had it checked for functionality.
I need you to reply with all this information, and check your remote wiring from headunit to amp for anything that looks like the insulation is gone or the wire in broken anywhere.
Do you play your system very high, all the time. Do you play your system high while parked, or at lights. Do your lights dim (interior and exterior).
