Well you can get a FM stero transmitter, basically it broadcasts the sound from your MP3 player to a unused FM station on your radio. Depending on where you live they usually don't work too well, when you travel a lot a station that isn't used might become used, then you have to change stations.
The thing that works best is to get a new stereo with a AUX input, you get a cable from your headphone jack into the stereo, you can get a stereo that can do that cheap, less than $100, the cable is like $5.
