car alarm installers maybe you can help?

i realize this isnt actuall an audio question but the maintenance people haven't been much help. do you know how to program the keychain for remote start installed on a vehicle?

Anthony 		You will need to know the make and model of the autostart unit first, then locate a shop that installs that brand or at least knows them. Unfortunately, there are hundreds of brands and nearly every one is different. The unit itself is probably under the dash on the driver's side. Perhaps you could find a shop to look under there for you and locate it.
