adding an amplifier to 2008 yukon xl bose system; rumbling noise problem ... HELP!! ?

I located the 4wire harness under the cupholder middle console piece. this harness comes from the stock bose amp and goes to the stock bose subwoofer. I spliced into the 4wires using crimper connections, wrapped with electrical tape, used a line inverter to connect rcas to go to amp. I'm getting a rumbling from the subwoofer when the stock radio unit is off. No rumbling when RCA's disconnected so i figured noise is coming from rca signal. My ground is good to floor pan. So what's my best bet to get rid of this rumbling. I don't want to try a million things. I've heard better grounding the stock radio. Should my line inverter/rca's be pulling signal from speaker output wires that are before the stock amp? Would that give me a cleaner signal? I've been trying to figure this out for 3 days straight. It's driving me nuts. Any suggestions?

So this 4 wire harness, are 4 wires comming from the bose amp to the bose subwoofer, and you spliced into these wires somewhere in between the amp and sub, to connect a Line out converter, to be able to rub RCA cables from that to a different amp that you bought, and since you have done that, the bose sub has distortion when the radio is off? Does the stock bose amp have preouts that you can just RCA from the amp to another amp? You shouldnt run the inverter from speaker wire thats after and amp. Connect it to one of the rear speaker wires that are to the mids back in a dash. Or you can remove your radio and connect the inverter directly to a left/right speaker wire. The amplified speaker wire from the bose amp will distort the signal. And if the bose amp doesnt have a remote wire to turn off when the radio is off, you will here the distortion when your car is on due to feed back in the electrical system from the alternator through the chassis into your ground or through the power wire from the battery/alternator.
