Wiring Pair Planet Audio BB212D?

Hi I have a pair of planet audio big bang 212D Dual voice coil and impedence dual 4 ohm. Amp soundstream PX 4.760 4 channel amp. What is the best way to wire these speakers for the most power and sound quality?
