Those are both excellent units! Pick which one looks better to you.
Honestly, I dont like best buy. You can get one of these head units a tad cheaper online, and installing it yourself is not too hard. Although, the price difference is small, I would just buy it from best buy and let them install it, if you trust them....
Best buy is far too hit-or-miss with the installs. I have seen so many botched installs from them, i would never use them personally. Although some of their installers are decent for basic installs. And, its not really easy to mess up a basic head unit install! If you were getting a whole system, amps, components, subs, perhaps a professional shop would be better.
And personally I never get the protection plans, the reason the protection plan is for them to make money! Read the fine print. Its not really worth it to get a few cleanings. Pioneer and alpine make sturdy units. If its cheap and helps you sleep at night.. whatever floats your boat, lol.
