Where can I find an in dash monitor that can recieve satellite GPS?

I checked out the Nissan 370Z the other day. I am definitely buying one in th coming months, but before that I am just looking for a temporary car to trick out a little until I get the money saved up. I found a nice in dash touch screen moniter from Pioneer audio at Best Buy. It everything: 7 inch touch screen, 6 disc in dash DVD/CD changer, satellite and AM/FM ready receiver, and plenty of auxillary ports for a swift iPod connection so I can plug in my iPhone 3GS. The only thing it doesn't have is the ability to also function as a navigation system like the in dash computer of the 2010 Nissan 370Z. Can I program the Pioneer to function as a Navigation system? If not, where can I find one that can?

rgcaraudio 		They make plenty of other models that will. Are you sure that model just doesn't require an external navigation module, a lot of them do. You can also look at the Kenwood DNX model line. They are all touch screen dvd players with built in navigation by Gamin, and some have bluetooth built in.
