Full-range speakers accurately reproduce your music's frequency range by mounting a tweeter inside the woofer cone, also known as coaxial speakers or two-way speakers. Some versions may add midranges or supertweeters to better reproduce other parts of the frequency spectrum. These are also referred to by the number of drivers (3-way, 4-way, etc.) Hope that helps.

Apples and oranges, they're names for two different characterictics. A speaker can be both coaxial and full-range. A tweeter covers high range frequencies, a woofer covers low range... full range means one speaker covers everything from low to high. Coaxial means two speakers mounted together, working together as one. Commonly you'll see this as a tweeter mounted in the middle of a larger speaker. You may also see 3-way speakers, with 3 different size speakers all mounted in a similar fashion. These coaxial and 3-way speakers, if thought of as a single unit, will be fullrange, since the combination of speakers it has covers all frequencies from low to high.
