What gauge wire is blue remote wire for car amp ?

I bought a car amplifier for my car 2nd hand, it came with power and earth wires, aux wires and speaker wires but it did not come with a blue remote wire. how thick does it have to be ?

At most the remote turn on is 16 most are 18 though

blue is 14 ga. you can use larger but not smaller

16 awg or thicker, mine came with 16. the kit i got supports 1,200 watts

use between 14-18 gauge but true gauge wire and oxygen free copper. this can also carry the motors noise so it would be best to use a real good brand for this wire. it will also depend on the amp but you should be fine with 16 gauge.
