Well if those are the only 2 cables besides speaker cables, that is DEF a problem...because: you should have a 12v constant power, whether car is off or on you will have 12.7 or close to it, comming out that wire, you have a 12v ignition, a ground, an illumination, and then 8 wires for the 4 speakers, some cars have even more wires if it has steering wheel control. you should goto www.the12volt.com and check your vehicle wiring and make sure you wired your radio correctly to your vehicle. Just and FYI, the headunit wire colors and car wire colors dont have to be the same color, that doesnt always work out that way.
