Setting the equalizer on my deck for 2 JL 12w0-8 ?

I have a JL XD600/1 powering my two JL 12w0-8 and a JVC KD-A815 deck. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what i should set my equalizer at through the deck to get the most out of my subs without blowing them.

grimace 		Try and cut all.frequencies over 300 hertz. And below 20.hertz

LawlMission 		Just set them as standard and default and work your way to testing them -- Otherwise you will have issues later on.when you hear distort sounds if you place it to loud.
