Find where your rear deck is loose and check to see if your rear deck has any loose screws. If the rear deck is flimsy this will not matter and your problem will persist anyways, with enough BASS. Sound deadening material such as Dynamat, will add weight to your rear deck and cause it to rattle less if not completely remove the rattling.
Check:

....for the material I'm referring to. If the rattling is great enough, and the speakers in the rear deck are being moved enough, it could cause wiring to come undone, shorts, and physical damage. Always make sure you properly secure speakers using all 4 screws to eliminate speakers rattling themselves, before the BASS even has a chance to affect them. The Sound Deadening material will also add to the quality of sound overall.
