My pc keeps making a car alarm sound?

my pc keeps making a continuous car alarm sound, it makes the sound randomly, it is not a hard drive issue as i have already changed this for a new one and it still does it, it also doesn't seem to be from the ram as i have had this checked too. any assistance in locating the answer to this problem is appreciated. edited to add: it comes out of the tower, not the speakers

rgcaraudio 		Its the speaker buzz or whatever its called. Is it coming from inside the pc case or the speakers.

rgcaraudio 		My guess would be it's the CPU temperature warning buzzer ... does the alarm sound after the computer has been on a while? .... could even be something as simple as one of the fans has failed ... take the side off and start it up and see if the CPU fan is actually spinning
