Mercury cougar 2000 has red security light on all the time,trunk & lock/unlock wont work from inside of car...?
I have remote keyless but because the locks don't lock and the red security light is on all the time it wont let me program the keyless.
I wanted to see if anyone knew what i could do myself to fix this prob?
I bought a fuse to locks today but it didn't make them work. do i need to reset the car? if so how?
My car as an appointment sat @ 8am.
