Open Question

I need your help! ?

I am a twenty year old girl who loves her music. I am just not exactly a technology wiz. I have a new 2012 hatchback Mazda 3 which I would like an upgraded sound system for. I dont even know where to start. Do I need a head unit? I wish I didn't because it has bluetooth already and steering wheel controls and yaddayadda. I just need some reccommendations. Do I need tweeters? What speakers would you reccommend? Would you say get a pair of full range and a pair of mid bass? I want two tens eventually. I need an amp, right?? I just want some bomb ass tunes but I don't know all the ins and outs and technicalities. And I don't wanna just get ripped off by some salesman. Some help and direction would be appreciated. (And, yes, you need to speak to me in terms that a dummy would understand! I don't understand all this fancy car audio jargon!) :D
