How can i listen to my MP3 player through the car stereo?

I have a Sony 8gb mp3 walkman with bluetooth, is there any way of listening to it through my car stereo, bearing in mind my in car player has a radio/cd player only (no cassette) and the car has no cigarette lighter. i live in the uk btw. thanx

Bersh85 		You can get an FM transmitter that takes batteries - buy try to get one that you can recharge - i got mine from ebay
