How Do I operate an MP3 player on car stereo?

Please suggest help. I have songs on my MP3 player and I have a car stereo MP3 player with no owner guide. How do I load songs from my portable MP3 player to the car stereo? Please help, I'm totally clueless and cannot find an answer on the internet. I'm not even sure how to ask. I'm counting on you.

JacobDWolf 		there should be an adapter plug on your stereo for it, a lot of times it's on the back of the head unit.. hopefully it's on the front, you plug the two together and download it to the head unit.
