Can you recommend a good car audio book?

I have learned ALOT from yahoo answers. With everyone's help, I was able to go from knowing nothing to designing and installing my own system. Now I want to know more. I know alot of things that I didn't know before, but I want to get into the technical aspects of speakers and audio systems. Cna anyone recommend a beginner to novice level book on the topic? A car audio 'bible' is exactly what I'm trying to find. Thanks.

The best car audio book that I've found (and I've read several) is "The Car Stereo Cookbook" by Mark Rumreich. Be sure you get the 2nd Edition. http://www.amazon.com/Stereo-Cookbook-Electronics-Technician-Library/dp/0071448470/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/103-3526183-2924624?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1179696364&sr=8-1 If you're interested in the basics of car audio installation, you can get the MECP Basic Installer Study Guide, available through CEA's web site. http://www.mecp.com
