Can a Pioneer radio be used along with my Kenwood KVT-M700 in In-dash Monitor?

As the title says. I have a Pioneer radio in my car and was wondering If I can hook up my kenwood touch screen in dash monitor? I have the hideway unit along with the the Kenwood (which has the amp, built in tuner, audio/video connections)..will it hook up or does the radio HAVE to be a Kenwood? I just dont want to buy a Kenwood just to run it with the in dask Kenwood..make sense? Well like ok..I bought this unit, the Kenwood KVT-M700 and the hideaway unit. I have a Pioneer cd player in my car, can I just remove the Pioneer radio and just use the Kenwood? Or do I need the Pioneer, I know its confusing Im sorry. But I basically want to know IF I can use the Kenwood as a stand alone unit or do I need the Pioneer with it? I know the Kenwood dont have a built in cd player but I aint worried about that, was just curious if I can pull the Pioneer out totally or if it must have another unit with it besides the Kenwood screen unit and the hideway module.
