Can I add In Dash Multimedia System with Navigation to my car?

Hi I have 2010 Toyota Highlander base model. Can I add In Dash Multimedia System with Navigation? I saw on crutchfield.com website it said: Rosen TY0830 Navigation Receiver Custom-fit replacement for your 2009-up Toyota Highlander factory radio. But not sure if it work fit my base model. thank you for your help!

Jamison 		if its the same model then it should but you can actually call crutchfield support they are very good

Alexander 		You should go to a LOCAL high end stereo shop most vehicles will except aftermarket dvd/nav systems. I would not go to a big box store like best buy or circuit city they have very limited training.
