AMP for 2 15'' Kickers?

OK so i have 2 15'' Kicker CVX's 2 ohm....Im looking to get an amp....would a Power Acoustik Bamf 4000.1D work with them? i know it says it to much power but airent they over rated? And how much do they over rate them by?

Samantha 		Two DVC 2ohm subs can be wired at a final load of 2ohms. http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchfield.com/ca/learningcenter/car/subwoofer_wiring/2DVC_2-ohm_mono.jpg so I would get a amp that is close to 2000x1w rms@2ohms. that amp is giving up 1700x1@2ohm(really overated)That amp is not cea-compliant so you're not getting the real watts.For that much power you need a realiable amp.
