Go with the power acoustik over the sony. I'm not sure which 12" kickers you have or weather it's a single voice coil or dual. The pa amp will push 300w rms @ 2 ohms and 250 @ 4 ohms. So if these are your choices and the match the wattage you need then get the Power Acoustik. People will say they are junk, and tell you to buy top brand products, but I have owned this amp. The three years I used this amp it never over heated, never went into overload protection, and never gave me any problems at all. It still works as good now as it did the day I bought it. It's a little long for the power it puts out, but over all it's been reliable. People fry all brands of amps. Google reviews on this amp, and see what others have had to say about it. People that actually own one.
